Terms of Service

By creating an account or deploying a server you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You may run any lawful workload. The following are prohibited and will result in suspension without refund: unsolicited bulk email (spam), denial-of-service attacks, port scanning of third parties, distribution of malware, child sexual abuse material, and any activity illegal in the server's jurisdiction.

Service & uptime

Servers are provisioned on demand and run on resilient, enterprise-grade infrastructure built to stay online around the clock. Your hostname stays stable for the life of the server.

Billing

Each server is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Orders above $500 are payable in cryptocurrency only. Failure to renew suspends the server; its data is retained for a grace period before deletion.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSHaven is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for your own backups of critical data.

Changes
